Holds a Management degree in Finance and also a Diploma in Operations Research. His areas of expertise cover Legal Compliance Assessments, Techno- Feasibility Studies. Also a Member of the Bar at the High Court at Calcutta and a practicing advocate at the National Company Law Tribunal.
